1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Furnobly platform for the purpose of purchasing or renting furniture and electrical appliances, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Furnobly provides a specialized platform for selling and renting home and office furniture, accessories, and electrical appliances. Our services include:

• Selling furniture at economical prices.
• Renting furniture for flexible periods ranging from 1 month to 5 years.
• Free delivery and installation services.
• Providing economical packages and flexible payment solutions.

3. Rental Terms

• Rental Periods: Starting from 1 month up to 5 years. The monthly rental price decreases as the contract duration increases.
• Insurance Fee: A non-refundable insurance fee of 5% of the invoice value is applied. This fee guarantees the customer a replacement for any damaged item during the rental period.
• Periodic Replacement: Customers who rent for a year or more have the right to exchange their rented furniture every 6 months.
• Maximum Rental Price: The maximum rental price for any item or package will not exceed 2,000 SAR.

4. Purchase and Payment Terms

• Prices: All prices displayed on the platform are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Methods: We offer flexible payment options including credit cards, Mada, and approved installment solutions.
• Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is received or the installment/rental plan is approved.

5. Delivery and Installation

• Furnobly offers free delivery and installation services for all orders within the covered service areas.
• The customer must provide a suitable and safe environment for the installation team.
• Any delay caused by the customer's absence at the scheduled time may result in rescheduling fees.

6. User Obligations

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate and correct information when registering and placing orders.
• In the case of renting, you commit to using the furniture reasonably and not exposing it to intentional damage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Furnobly platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Furnobly and is protected by intellectual property laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• We do not sell the "best product" in terms of luxury, but rather we sell the "most in-demand products" at economical prices to meet market needs.
• Furnobly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or products.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
