Return and Exchange Policy - Furnobly

At Furnobly, we always strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. We understand that you may sometimes need to return or exchange certain items, which is why we have formulated this policy to be clear, transparent, and compliant with consumer protection regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Return Policy (For Purchases)
- Return Period: The customer has the right to return purchased products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and have not been used or installed.
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and the original purchase invoice.
- Non-Returnable Products: Products that have been custom-made or modified specifically at the customer's request (such as furniture bearing the customer's logo), or products damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned.
- Return Fees: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order on our part, we will bear the return costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may bear the shipping and return fees.
2. Exchange Policy (For Purchases)
- Exchange Period: The customer has the right to exchange purchased products within 15 days from the date of receipt, subject to the same conditions mentioned in the return policy (original condition, unused, presence of invoice).
- Price Differences: If exchanging a product for one of higher value, the customer is obligated to pay the price difference. If the new product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method or as store credit.
3. Periodic Replacement Policy (For Rentals)
As a leading platform in furniture rental, we offer a unique feature to our rental customers:
- Replacement Every 6 Months: Customers who enter into rental contracts for one year or more have the right to request the replacement of rented furniture with other pieces every 6 months, allowing them to refresh their decor flexibly.
- Insurance Fees: The non-refundable insurance fee (5% of the invoice value) covers the replacement of any piece that suffers unintentional damage during the rental period.
4. Procedures for Requesting a Return or Exchange
To submit a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:
- Contact customer service via email (support@furnobly.com) or through the Furnobly application.
- Provide us with the order number, photos of the product (in case of defect or damage), and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Our team will review the request and respond to you within 48 working hours to schedule a time to collect the product.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The process of refunding amounts to credit cards may take from 7 to 14 working days, depending on the policy of the card-issuing bank.
6. Warranty
- All our purchased products are subject to a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- In the case of rentals, Furnobly is responsible for maintaining or replacing pieces that experience faults not caused by misuse, as part of the insurance fee coverage.
